An exchange experiment for the students, mentors and friends of the Amsterdam Master of Choreography programme at the Amsterdam School for the Arts.
From 3-18 January the Amsterdam Master of Choreography will be hosted by HaRaKa and the SEE Foundation in Cairo for the organisation of the seminar. The first phase of the seminar will consist of a workshop by choreographer Benoit Lachambre; the second phase consists of exchanges about their respective research trajectories of the choreographers in the masters program; the third phase consists of participation during the 2 B Continued Festival organised by the SEE Foundation in a panel discussion with the presenting choreographers of the festival. During the workshop and choreographers exchanges local choreographers from the HAD program of HaRaKa will join the sessions. Artistic director of HaRaKa and student at the masters Adham Hafez will present a new work entitled PsychOpera during the 2 B Continued Festival on 17 and 18 January.
